Standalone Strapping Head

ADESCOR makes a thermal fusion strapping head as a standalone unit for integration by you, into your machine. Shown below is our Horizontal strap track model, for opening and surrounding the product. The unit can also be setup with vertical and fixed strap tracks. The strap head is taken from our coiler line of downstream machines, and is rugged and built for trouble free operation.

The Adescor strapping head can be configured for various widths and types of plastic banding straps.

The Adescor strap head can be purchased using customer supplied controls, or with an Adescor control package, with touch screen. The strapping head uses 24VDC digital commands for interfacing or handshaking to the customer's machine. Adescor is open to working and adapting to our customer's needs.

Adescor exhibited at the recent Toronto Plast-EX show. We received a lot of interest and compliments on the operation and ease of use. The strapping machine was built with opening and closing strap arms. The unit is using an Allen Bradley automation platform.
